How do I find the figurine, bronze sculpture or water fountain I'm looking for?
There are several ways to find the figurine, bronze sculpture or water fountain are looking for and we’ve tried to make it as easy as possible. There is a “Products” button towards or at the top of each page. Click this button and then click the product category “text link” in the upper left hand side of the page. This will expand the product category for your review.
In addition, you can click the product “text link” associated with product images available on several pages on the site. Or simply click the “search” link at the top of each page and type the name or type of product you wish to find into the search box. All products are categorized by type for easy browsing. How do I know if a figurine, bronze sculpture or water fountain is in stock?
To help keep prices as low as possible, many of our figurines, bronze sculpture or water fountains are shipped directly from our supplier. Approximate shipping times may be found in each product description. If in doubt, please e-mail customer service. Back to top
How do I create an account?
Establishing an account is not required to order figurines, bronze sculpture or water fountains from our site, but you may find it helpful if you plan to buy from us in the future. Establishing an account simply reduces the time you’ll need to spend entering your information the next time you order from us. You may establish an account by clicking the “Account” button located at or near the top of each page and input your information. How do I place an order for a figurine, bronze sculpture or water fountain?
Buying from us is both easy and secure. When you place an order for a figurine, bronze sculpture or water fountainwith your credit card, your credit card information is protected by the industry leading Linkpoint Gateway which provides data encryption, server authentication and message integrity by Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol. SSL is a protocol that provides secure transmission of private information sent over the Internet.
We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. For every figurine, bronze sculpture or water fountain we sell in our store there is an “Add One to Basket” or “Buy One Now” button. Adding a figurine, bronze sculpture or water fountain to your shopping basket does not obligate you to buy it. After you place a figurine, bronze sculpture or water fountain in your shopping basket, you can choose to place your order immediately, or continue shopping.
When you're finished and want to place the order, you can get back to your shopping basket by clicking the “Basket” button near the top of the page. You’ll want to review your order and when you’re ready to make your purchase click the “Checkout” button near the top right of the page. Orders are processed as soon as we receive them however; order fulfillment and shipping are subject to supplier lead times and availability. Please see shipping below. When will my order be processed?
Orders for figurines, bronze sculpture or water fountains are processed within 24 hours of receipt of payment. Cancellations after the order has been shipped are subject to restocking and shipping fees. Please see our “Store Policies” links on the right hand side of this page for more information. Back to top
Will an order confirmation be sent to me?
An e-mail order confirmation of your figurine, bronze sculpture or water fountainpurchase will be sent to the e-mail address you provided when you placed your order. Back to top
How soon after I place my order will I receive it?
Figurines, bronze sculpture or water fountains are shipped out as soon as possible and generally within the time frames listed below. Occasionally, some figurines, bronze sculpture or water fountains may be backordered and require additional shipping lead time. We will send you an e-mail as soon as possible notifying you of the updated product lead time if this is the case.
Current approximate lead times until shipment by category are listed below. Please note that shipping times are in addition to the product lead times listed below.
- Bronze Sculpture: 1-2 weeks
- Figurines: 1-2 weeks
- Water Fountains: 1-3 weeks
- Chinese Art: 1-2 weeks
Our standard shipping method is UPS or DHL Ground Service, which normally takes 3-7 business days depending on your shipping destination's zone. UPS and DHL require a physical address and do not deliver to an address that includes a P.O. Box.

Can I check the status of my order on-line?

So we can continue to offer the lowest prices possible by keeping our costs low, please allow the full lead and deliver times identified above before e-mailing us to inquire about an order status. Can I change/ cancel my order?
Yes, you may change/ cancel any non-custom order provided that the figurine, bronze sculpture or water fountain has not already shipped. Please e-mail customer service as soon as possible with any changes to your order. Returns are subject to approval, and a restocking fee may apply if an item has already shipped.
