EssentiallyArt.com continuously looks for high quality figurine, bronze sculpture and water fountain suppliers who price their products right. We strive to provide figurines & bronze sculptures and water fountains that are works of art in themselves, and also provide strong value to our customers.
One of the many advantages to buying on-line is that most internet based
stores don't have a physical store location or carry large inventories. This
helps to keep prices very low. In fact, we've seen some of the products sold on
Essentiallyart.com for as much as double the price at brick and mortar
locations.
In the rare event that a figurine, bronze sculpture or water fountain available from EssentiallyArt.com is listed at an incorrect price due to an error on our part or an error in pricing or product information supplied by one of our suppliers, EssentiallyArt.com reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that product.
EssentiallyArt.com also reserves the right to void any applicable figurine, bronze sculpture or water fountain order(s) whether or not you have received confirmation of the order and/or whether your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase of a figurine, bronze sculpture or water fountain with erroneous pricing or product information, and EssentiallyArt.com cancels your order, EssentiallyArt.com will notify you immediately via e-mail and will issue a credit to your credit card account within 3 business days in the amount of the charge.

Sales Tax
EssentiallyArt.com collects sales tax for items shipped to any address within the state of Georgia (USA)(tax varies by county). EssentiallyArt.com is not required to collect sales tax for orders shipped outside of Georgia (USA).
Money Back Guarantee and Arranging for Refund or Replacement
EssentiallyArt.com offers only the highest quality artistic figurines, bronze sculptures and water fountains from the finest art suppliers, and we actively work to ensure that our figurines, bronze sculptures and water fountains are delivered in good condition. Even given our best efforts, there is always a slight chance that your figurine, bronze sculpture or water fountain may be damaged during shipping. EssentiallyArt.com stands behind its figurines, bronze sculptures and water fountains. In the rare event that your figurine, bronze sculpture or water fountain arrives damaged, e-mail Customer Service immediately. Please include your order/tracking number, name and shipping address. We sell only the finest figurines, bronze sculptures and water fountains, we WILL make it right!
Wrong Product Shipped
Upon receipt of your figurine, bronze sculpture or water fountain, if you discover that the incorrect figurine, bronze sculpture or water fountain has been shipped to you, please contact Customer Service immediately to arrange a replacement or a full refund.
Returning Your Purchase
If you decide you would like to return a figurine, bronze sculpture or water fountain you may do so by contacting Customer Service within 15 days of the receipt of your order. Please note that we are unable to accept returns without prior approval, and we will refuse delivery of figurine, bronze sculpture or water fountain returns that have not been authorized by our Customer Service.
Figurines, bronze sculptures or water fountains may be returned for credit, exchange, or refund if approved for return within 15 days of your purchase receipt. You may be charged up to a 10% restocking fee and you are responsible for shipping charges to our location, for figurines, bronze sculptures or water fountains that are being returned not due to an error on our part. Please be sure to insure the shipment back to us as we are not responsible for the safe shipment of your purchase return. If we make an error, we will pay for the original shipping cost and the return shipping to us.
If you decide to order a replacement figurine, bronze sculpture or water fountain of equal or greater value for the product that you are returning, EssentiallyArt.com may at its sole discretion waive the restocking fee, but you will still remain responsible for all shipping charges including the original shipment from and then back to EssentiallyArt.com. Absolutely no refund(s) or credit(s) are available for custom or special orders, or for any and all shipping charges. The only exceptions to this include, if we ship the wrong product in error, or if the product is damaged during shipping to you.
Credit refunds for authorized returns will be issued (less the restocking fee and shipping charges) within 3 business days of EssentiallyArt.com’s receipt of the figurine, bronze sculpture or water fountain in its original condition.
Return Authorization
When you contact our Customer Service department to request a return, you will be given an authorization number (RMA number) to return your figurine, bronze sculpture or water fountain and the correct return shipping address. Once the return has been authorized, EssentiallyArt.com’s Customer Service department will inform you via e-mail of the procedures to return your figurine, bronze sculpture or water fountain.
Please note that EssentiallyArt.com is unable to accept unauthorized returns of figurines, bronze sculptures or water fountains; you must contact our Customer Service department and obtain a RMA number prior to returning your figurine, bronze sculpture or water fountain to us. We reserve the right to refuse delivery of all figurine, bronze sculpture or water fountain returned without a RMA number.
You must keep all of the original packaging materials. You are responsible for re-packing the items safely in their original packaging for return. Figurine, bronze sculpture or water fountain are not accepted without original packaging. In addition to the original packaging, you must also include any and all applicable manufacturer’s literature, manuals, etc. with the return shipment. Failure to do so may void your return authorization and no refund or credit may be given. Any alterations made or damage to the figurine, bronze sculpture or water fountain by you will void the return authorization (RMA) and no refund or credit will be issued.
Please note that in cases where the figurine, bronze sculpture or water fountain return is not due to our error, you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping and any other charges associated with returning your figurine, bronze sculpture or water fountain to EssentiallyArt.com, as well as the cost of the original shipment to you. You may also be subject to a restocking charge of up to 15% of the original figurine, bronze sculpture or water fountain price.
Refunds
If you are eligible for a refund, EssentiallyArt.com will issue a refund to your credit card company within 3 business days of your refund approval. If you cancel a figurine, bronze sculpture or water fountain order prior to shipment (excluding custom or special orders), EssentiallyArt.com will issue a refund to your credit card company within 3 business days of notifying Essentially.com of the cancellation.
In the case of eligible returns, your refund will be issued (less any applicable re-stocking and shipping fees) to your credit card company within 3 business days of EssentiallyArt.com’s receipt of your figurine, bronze sculpture or water fountain purchase return in its original condition.
Manufacturer Warranties
All figurine, bronze sculpture and water fountain sold by EssentiallyArt.com are purchased with the full manufacturer’s warrant. Figurine, bronze sculpture or water fountain warranties vary in length and conditions by manufacturer. All of our figurine, bronze sculpture or water fountain suppliers and manufacturers have been chosen for their proven record of customer satisfaction and their high quality artistic products. Specifics on obtaining warranty service will vary by figurine, bronze sculpture or water fountain and the type of problem you're experiencing.
All of our figurines, bronze sculptures and water fountains are shipped meeting supplier’s requirements. Any applicable figurine, bronze sculpture or water fountain manufacturer's warranty begins at the time figurine, bronze sculpture or water fountain is delivered. Except for this, there are no other warranties expressed or implied, including but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for particular purpose, statue or water fountain availability, order approval, order fulfillment time, etc., and all such warranties are specifically disclaimed.
